What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
- Alipay
- WeChat Pay
How do I check my balance?
Go to Dashboard → Billing to see your current balance and usage history.
Is there a minimum top-up amount?
The minimum top-up amount is $5 USD.
Do you offer refunds?
Please contact support at [email protected] for refund requests. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing
How is usage calculated?
Usage is calculated based on the number of tokens processed:
- Input tokens: Tokens in your prompt/messages
- Output tokens: Tokens in the AI response
Different models have different pricing. Check the Pricing Page for details.
What’s the 0.35x pricing for programming tools?
When you use Fizzly API with programming tools like Claude Code or Codex CLI, you pay only 0.35x of the original price. This is applied automatically based on the usage pattern.
Why did my request fail with “insufficient balance”?
Your account balance is too low. Please top up your account:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click Top Up
- Add funds to your account
Usage
Can I set usage limits?
Yes, you can configure spending limits in the Dashboard to prevent unexpected charges.
How do I view my usage history?
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Usage History to see detailed usage logs.
Are there any free credits?
New accounts may receive promotional credits. Check the Dashboard for any available credits.
